Group C Media, Inc. is an integrated business-to-business media company covering the commercial real estate, facility management, landscaping and business continuity marketplaces. It covers the full cycle of corporate and institutional facilities plus lawn care and landscaping through national magazines, events and web communities.

Our customers need to find a way to educate their target audience about their products and services. We connect buyers and sellers through market-leading content, utilizing a multi-platform approach to deliver the latest solutions to executives in the industry sectors we serve.

History

1968 – The American Industrial Properties Report is founded.

1983 – Company changes its name to the Business Facilities Publishing Company and begins publishing Business Facilities magazine.

1988 – Today’s Facility Manager magazine (originally named Business Interiors) launches. As the business expands, the company changes its name to Group C Communications.

1998 – Group C launches The TFM Show, an annual trade show and conference covering all aspects of facility management.

2005 – Group C launches Business Facilities LiveXchange, a hosted buyer event developed to streamline the site selection process. This invitation-only event is for corporate decision makers who are looking to fast-track location decisions in a professional environment.

2008 – Group C Communications sells The TFM Show to Hanley Wood, LLC. The agreement fits the long-term strategic goals of both organizations. Group C Communications changes its name to Group C Media, Inc.

2014 – Group C Media, Inc. celebrates the 10th Anniversary of Business Facilities LiveXchange in Myrtle Beach, SC.

2015 – Today’s Facility Manager changes its name to Facility Executive in recognition of the increased role that facility executives play in their organization.

2018 – Group C Media, Inc. acquires Turf, Turf Design Build and Tree Services.

2020 – Group C Media, Inc. moves its headquarters to Red Bank, NJ.

2023 – Group C Media, Inc. acquires Continuity Insights.
